RUDD’S TASTE & TRADITION

The Rudd’s range of breakfast products are all hand-crafted to traditional Irish farmhouse recipes. Using only the finest ingredients, all products are free from artificial colourings and flavourings.

At the heart of a tasty breakfast, Rudd’s thick-cut back rashers are dry-cured by hand and contain no added water. The resulting great tasting product has been widely acknowledged by leading food writers in national media. The premium pork sausages which have a high meat content and a coarse-cut, meaty texture, were recently awarded Supreme Champion 2007 by the Associated Craft Butchers of Ireland. Rudd’s range of traditional black and white puddings are available sliced or as chubbs, while Rudd’s Roulade, a delicious duo of black and white pudding, has won ACBI and Great Taste Awards.

In response to market demand, Rudd’s recently introduced a butchery range which includes dry cure rashers (5kg packs), loose link sausages (5kg packs), black, white and roulade pudding in 1.5kg large diameter chubbs and plain and flavoured dry cure bacon backs. All Rudd’s butchery products are made to the Rudd’s traditional recipes and allow consumers to purchase quantities to suit their needs.

Taste and tradition are at the heart of the Rudd’s range of premium products which are available nationwide from Brady Family Ltd.

March 2006 sees the launch of two new products under the Rudd’s brand – Dry Cure Loin of Bacon and Dry Cure Dressed Loin of Bacon (lightly dressed in pepper and coriander seasoning).
